This Halloween, drivers can brave more than the usual car wash experience. For three nights, a Barrie location is becoming a haunted attraction filled with spooky surprises. The Klassic Tunnel of Terror is making a return to Klassic Car Wash on Anne Street South, bringing a mix of haunted characters, flashing lights and frights to the drive-through. From Wednesday until Friday, the familiar car wash tunnel will take on a much different look. Instead of walking through a traditional haunted house, visitors can experience the Halloween scares from the comfort of their own vehicles. The event is being billed as a family-friendly Halloween outing. “Prepare yourself for a spine-chilling experience at the Klassic Haunted Car Wash. Something fun for the whole family to do,” said the team over social media. The Klassic Tunnel of Terror runs from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. at 129 Anne Street South in Barrie. According to its website, Klassic Car Wash members receive free admission. All other guests can purchase a Ceramic Shine wash to take part in the fun.
