Hundreds of artists will be exhibiting their work in south Edmonton this weekend as the Whyte Avenue Art Walk returns for its 31st year. Four-hundred-and-eighty visual artists will show their work throughout Old Strathcona, including Whyte Avenue between 103 and 107 Street, Dr. Wilbert McIntyre Park, SouthBark dog park, and 83 Avenue. In addition to visual art, there will be live music, family activities, and a makers market. Guests will also be able to watch artists create a new mural at the SouthBark as part of the Edmonton Mural Festival. Admission to the event is free. The event runs from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
