A man has been arrested in connection with a crash that killed two people in Slave Lake, Alta., on May 3. One vehicle reportedly crossed into oncoming traffic and hit another vehicle on Highway 2, killing a 62-year-old woman and a 58-year-old man. RCMP and Edmonton police obtained a search warrant and were able to arrest the suspect on Tuesday, said a news release. Gonzalo Schulz, 34, now faces two counts of criminal negligence causing death and two counts of dangerous driving causing death. The Edmonton resident was released on conditions and is to appear in court on July 22. Slave Lake is about 200 kilometres northwest of Edmonton.
