Police are investigating a vandalism spree that left 30 vehicles with slashed tires in downtown Fort McMurray. Mounties received multiple reports of slashed tires starting Tuesday morning. According to a news release the vandalism is believed to have happened between 10 p.m. on Monday night and 4 a.m. on Tuesday morning. The impacted vehicles were parked on Saunderson Avenue and Charles Avenue. Anyone with dashcam footage from the area or the identity of the vandal is asked to contact Wood Buffalo RCMP at 780-788‐4000 or submit an anonymous tip to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
