Warrants issued for man accused of harassment

The Waterloo Regional Police Service is asking for the public’s help to find a wanted man.

On April 12, a Cambridge resident reported an unwanted person at their home.

An arrest warrant for criminal harassment was issued for Russell Warwick.

The 37-year-old returned to the home on May 8. Another call was made to police and, once again, a warrant was issued for Warwick’s arrest.

He is wanted for two counts of assault, break and enter, criminal harassment, and two counts of failing to comply with a probation order.

“The whereabouts of Mr. Warwick are unknown and attempts by police to locate and arrest him have been unsuccessful,” police wrote in a media release. “He is known to frequent Cambridge.”
