The City of London says the Fanshawe Park Road rehabilitation project is nearing completion, and crews are preparing for final paving before winter. Overnight road work begins tonight and will take place between North Centre Road and Adelaide Street North from 6 p.m. to 7 a.m. to remove the existing top layer of asphalt. Traffic will be detoured in one direction at a time, while traffic travelling in the opposite direction can continue through the area. City officials warn that nearby residents may experience overnight noise from asphalt milling and are encouraged to keep windows closed. Additional traffic detours will be required during final paving, with details to be announced later.
