Pride flag stolen after pole cut down at Ingersoll school

Oxford OPP are investigating the theft of another Pride flag, this time in Ingersoll.

Police say the flagpole at Laurie Hawkins Public School was cut down Saturday night and the Pride flag was stolen.

According to OPP, the suspects are described as four young white men wearing face coverings. Investigators say one of the suspects was carrying a battery-operated hand saw.

Police have not released any further details and the investigation is ongoing. Anyone with information is asked to contact Oxford OPP.
