Feeling lucky? There’s $80 million up for grabs in Friday’s Lotto Max draw

Friday’s Lotto Max draw is worth $80 million, including a $70-million jackpot and 10 Maxmillions prizes of $1 million each.

If you want to try your luck, it’s one of the last chances to play at the current price.

Starting April 14, the price of a Lotto Max ticket increases from $5 to $6, the first price change since the game launched in 2009. The good news: The jackpot cap will also rise to $90 million at that point, along with new $100,000 prizes added to every draw.

Quebec has had its share of big winners over the years. When the $80-million jackpot cap was introduced in September 2024, it was the highest any Canadian lottery had ever offered.

The province has seen multiple massive wins since then, including a $70-million jackpot split between a Montérégie entrepreneur and a Montreal retiree in July 2025.
