Humidity is headed for the greater Montreal area this weekend. Partly cloudy skies and a low of 20 °C is expected Friday night before the mercury rises to a daytime high of 31 °C on Saturday. Sun and clouds are expected all weekend long, as Sunday brings an expected high of 33 °C. However, weekend temperatures could feel as warm as 39 °C with the humidex. Environment Canada has issued a special weather statement for parts of Southern Quebec, including the island of Montreal. In addition to daytime heat, nighttime temperatures are expected to be at 22 °C and offer little relief. Come Monday, a temperature of 34 °C could also feel as high as 39 °C. The normal highs and lows for this time are 26 °C and 15 °C, respectively.
