An annual event saw ‘superheroes’ rappel down a building in downtown Regina for a good cause on Saturday. As part of the Easter Seals SK Drop Zone, participants rappelled 21 stories down the Hill Centre Tower II to raise funds for Camp Easter Seal, Adaptive Technology Services, and Summer Fun. Ahead of the event, participants were asked to raise $1,000 each to support the organizations that help those with disabilities live life to the fullest. In its 17th year, the event has become a symbol of courage and community, according to organizers, with over $2 million raised since it began.
