Driver rushed to trauma centre after crash in Runnymede-Bloor West Village

One person has been rushed to hospital with serious injuries following a single-vehicle crash in Toronto’s Runnymede-Bloor West Village.

It happened near Jane Street and St. Clair Avenue West at around 5 a.m.

Police said there are reports that a man crashed into a pole in the area.

The driver was rushed to hospital via trauma run, police said.

Jane Street is closed between Dundas Street West and St. Clair Avenue West.
