Police say a man in his 60s has died in a scuba diving incident at Whytecliff Park in West Vancouver on Sunday morning. The West Vancouver Police Department says officers were called to the park just before 10:45 a.m. after being notified of a scuba diver in distress. Firefighters, paramedics, and other divers attended to the man at the scene, but he did not survive. The man’s death is actively under investigation, police say, but at this point isn’t believed to be suspicious in nature.
