Mayor Scott Gillingham has released his list of new inner circle appointments. Three councillors will be returning to the executive policy committee (EPC). Evan Duncan will be in charge of public works, Jeff Browaty will head finance and economic development and Vivian Santos will be responsible for property and development. There are two new councillors making up the rest of EPC. Sara MacArthur (River Heights-Fort Garry) will chair water, waste and environment, while Lora Meseman (Transcona) will chair community services. Gillingham also announced Browaty will serve as Deputy Mayor and Santos will serve as Acting Deputy Mayor. More details to come.
