Here is a list of what’s open and closed in Winnipeg on Wednesday. City services All City of Winnipeg offices are closed on Wednesday. All Winnipeg library branches will be closed Wednesday. Recycling, garbage and yard waste will be collected as normally scheduled for those who have Wednesday as their collection day. Winnipeg Transit will operate on a Sunday schedule. The Brady Road Landfill will be open from 5:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. The Brady Road 4R Winnipeg depot will be open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. The 4R Depots on Panet Road and Pacific Avenue will be closed Wednesday, reopening Thursday. All indoor pools and fitness centres will be closed on Sept. 30, with the exception of the Cindy Klassen Recreation Complex, which will be open from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. and the Pan Am Pool, which will be open from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The Margaret Grant Pool will also be open from 1 to 5 p.m. The Animal Services Agency will be closed Wednesday. Shopping C.F. Polo Park, St. Vital Centre, Outlet Collection Winnipeg, Kildonan Place and Garden City Shopping Centre will be open from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Wednesday. Grant Park Shopping Centre will be open from noon to 5 p.m. All Winnipeg and Brandon Liquor Marts will be open from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., except for the location at True North Square. Attractions The Canadian Museum for Human Rights will be open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation. Admission is free for all visitors. The Manitoba Museum will be open 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Wednesday. Admission is free for all visitors.
