The border entry at Ferry Point Bridge connecting St. Stephen, N.B., to Calais, Maine, is closing for six weeks. According to the Canada Border Services Agency, the bridge will be closed on Tuesday for repairs being completed by the Maine Department of Transportation. Travellers must now use the Milltown port of entry or the St. Stephen Third Bridge port of entry. Commercial traffic must use the Third Bridge.
