Police in New Brunswick’s Northumberland County are asking the public for help finding the owner of a kayak. A grey fishing kayak was discovered at sea between the Escuminac Wharf and Fox Island in Escuminac, N.B., Monday morning. The Richibucto RCMP says the kayak, described as an Ascend 12T Sit-On-Top model, was brought back to shore. “The RCMP would like to ensure this individual’s well-being,” reads a news release from the New Brunswick RCMP.
