Ontario Provincial Police say a person has been charged in connection with the death of a woman whose body was found in Spencerville, Ont. last weekend. Police say Chelsea Swinwood, a 37-year-old from Grenville, Ont., was found dead in a home on Crowder Road on Sunday. The death was later deemed a homicide. In a news release on Thursday, OPP said Justin Donovan-Biscope, a 35-year-old from Smiths Falls, has been charged with second-degree murder and indignity to a body. Donovan-Biscope remains in custody and will appear before the Ontario Court of Justice on Friday.
