Ninth Avenue through downtown closed Sunday for Pride Parade

Downtown Calgary was flooded with love, music and support for the LGBTQ community in the annual pride parade. As Tyson Fedor reports, despite funding challenges the day was still a success.

The Calgary police are warning about street closures Sunday due to the Pride Parade.

Ninth Avenue between 11th Street and 4th Street S.E. are closed.

Closures will remain in place until the event has cleared the area.

The parade starts at noon.
