A crash closed a section of Anthony Henday Drive in northwest Edmonton on Thursday evening. Edmonton Rescue Fire Services (EFRS) said the crash involving a motorcycle was reported at 6:24 p.m. on the Henday near 127 Street. EFRS said one person was taken to hospital. At 7:07 p.m., Edmonton police sent a media release saying the crash was “serious” and that the westbound lanes of the Henday were closed at Campbell Road. Drivers were told to find alternate routes.
