A 73-year-old man is in an Edmonton hospital Thursday morning after he rolled his SUV into the ditch off Anthony Henday Drive. Police told CTV News Edmonton a report came in at 4:17 a.m. of the Mercedes-Benz crash on the southbound portion of the ring road just south of the Callingwood Road/62 Avenue overpass. Edmonton police said the man was treated and taken to hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries. They said neither speed nor alcohol is considered a factor in the crash.
