A 19-year-old Michigan driver has been charged after being stopped while allegedly travelling 196 km/h on Highway 401 in Middlesex County last week. Middlesex OPP said an officer stopped and charged the driver. The driver’s licence was suspended and the vehicle was impounded, according to police.
