Those wanting tickets to next year’s Canadian Formula 1 Grand Prix in Montreal will have to wait. Bell GPCanada said on Wednesday that sales scheduled to open tomorrow are being pushed until later in the fall. “The launch of the general public sale has been postponed to finalize a more complete event program and enhance the fan experience,” said Bell GPCanada chief operating officer Sandrine Garneau. “This decision allows us to every detail that will make the 2027 Formula 1 Grand Prix du Canada an event of exceptional quality and excellence.” The GPCanada news release says that teams are putting “the finishing touches on key elements before unveiling the complete experience awaiting fans at the circuit for the 2027 edition.” Next year’s races will take place in May at the Gilles-Villeneuve Circuit. The new sale date will be announced in the near future.
