Montrealers should expect an abundance of sunshine to radiate over the island this weekend. Southern Quebec is continuing to hold onto a high-pressure system that brought sunny skies throughout much of the week. Daytime highs are also expected to be above seasonal. The temperature on Saturday could be as high as 13 degrees Celsius by the afternoon. However, the mercury could drop to a seasonal low of two degrees Celsius at night. The daytime high on Sunday is expected to be even warmer, with a temperature of 17 degrees Celsius. A double-digit low of 10 degrees Celsius is forecast for Sunday night.
