Emergency services are at the scene of a structure fire on Hawk Road in Billings Township on Thursday morning. “Just after 7 a.m., police received a report of the fire on Hawk Road and responded with assistance from the local fire department and emergency medical services,” Manitoulin Ontario Provincial Police said in a news release Sept. 3. “Police are asking the public to remain clear of the area and refrain from entering private property.” The fire remains under investigation. Officials said more information will be released as it becomes available.
