The Ottawa Police Service is asking for the public’s help in identifying a suspect in a carjacking in July that led to a delivery driver being dragged by the vehicle. The driver was making deliveries in Vanier on July 18 when a man hopped in the vehicle and started to drive away, police say. During the carjacking, the delivery driver was dragged a short distance by the vehicle and sustained minor injuries. Ottawa police say investigators are looking to identify the man involved and are asking anyone with information to contact the Robbery Unit at 613-236-1222, extension 5116, or email robbery@ottawapolice.ca.
