The suspect, a 37-year-old man, was taken to hospital with dog bite injuries. Officers seized a knife and brass knuckles in a search following the arrest. The man is charged with robbery, possession of a weapon, obstructing a peace officer, possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000 and unauthorized possession of a prohibited or restricted firearm. He is scheduled to appear in Regina Provincial Court on Thursday morning.
