Several downtown streets will be closed to vehicles for the Ouellette Car Cruise and the Downtown Block Party. The closures are: Park Street from Pelissier Street to Ouellette Avenue, closed from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Riverside Drive closed to eastbound traffic at Glengarry Avenue, closed from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Chatham Street West from Gerry Street to Ouellette Avenue, closed from 7 p.m. to 1 a.m. Pelissier Street from Chatham Street West to University Avenue West, closed from 7 p.m. to 1 a.m. Drivers are asked to watch for detour signs, follow police direction, and expect delays.
