One person sent to hospital after Riverside Drive crash

A two-vehicle crash early Tuesday afternoon on Riverside Drive sent a least one person to hospital.

First responders were on scene at around 1:30 p.m. on Riverside Drive and Langlois Avenue.

Two SUVs were involved in the collision.

The impact sent car debris onto the nearby Riverside Park’s walking and biking trails.

Police report that injuries of the occupants of both vehicles are not life-threatening.
