An active investigation in Leamington over the weekend has led to an arrest and an uttering threats charge laid. On Sunday just after 2 p.m., OPP were called to Bennie Avenue for a report of bail violations and alleged threats between neighbours. When police arrived, they said a man barricaded himself in the home. Officers and K9 Vinny were on scene while the road was closed. A 45-year-old man was arrested and charged with two counts of failure to comply with probation order and uttering threats – property damage.
