An iconic venue in Winnipeg could soon once again start serving people. A notice posted to the front door of Fort Garry Place says a liquor licence application has been filed for a space on the 30th floor called “Dos Pampas Skyline Restaurant.” The space was the home of Prairie 360, a revolving restaurant. Prairie 360 shut down amid the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020. CTV News has reached out to the owners for more information.
