A Cape Breton man is wanted on a provincewide arrest warrant. Victoria County District RCMP says Joshua Ryan Burns is charged with arson (damage to property), break and enter with intent and wearing mask in commission of offence. The 34-year-old New Waterford, N.S., man is described as six feet tall and 240 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. “Police have made attempts to locate Burns and are requesting assistance from the public,” reads a news release from the Nova Scotia RCMP. Police are asking anyone with information on Burns’ whereabouts to call the RCMP at 902-295-2350, their local police, or Nova Scotia Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
