Driver ticketed for going 64 km/h over the speed limit, vehicle impounded: P.E.I. police

Kensington Police Services allegedly caught a vehicle travelling 104 km/h in a posted 40 km/h zone on Sunday in P.E.I.

An officer stopped the vehicle without incident and issued the driver a speeding ticket for going 64 km/h over the limit.

The driver’s vehicle was also impounded for 30 days under the Island’s Highway Traffic Act.
