Calgary Flames season ticket holders are getting a historical bonus for the farewell season of the Scotiabank Saddledome. To pay tribute to the fans, the team announced that the names of every Flames season ticket holder have been embedded beneath the ice. “Embedded within are the names of our season ticket members, holding the legacy and memories shared over 44 years,” the NHL club posted on social media. “Be a part of the history made and lived by becoming a season ticket member.” “An amazing tribute to the C of Red who have helped fill this building with memories for decades,” said Brett Bellows, a sales executive for the Flames, on social media. Calgary kicks off its farewell season Sept. 20 with a pre-season game against the Seattle Kraken. For more information, go here.
