A man is dead after being struck by a CTrain near the Rundle LRT station on Wednesday evening. It happened around 7:30 p.m. at 26th Avenue and 36th Street N.E. The man was taken to hospital but died. Roads in the area were closed for several hours. The city paused train service at the station and brought in shuttle buses to transport people to other stations.
