It’s gearing up to be a wet weekend for Father’s Day in Calgary. The city won’t have a day as perfect as Friday on Father’s Day weekend, but there will be some pleasant moments. Saturday morning will be quite nice, but by 1 p.m. in Calgary, we get into the chance of isolated showers and the risk of thunderstorms. It will also get quite windy in the afternoon with gusts up to 60 km/h Sunday morning will be gloomy. The whole day is expected to be windy and cool, but the rain should clear out in the early afternoon and the clouds should clear out by the supper hours. Showers will continue into Monday morning, but by Tuesday, teh city starts a five-day stretch of sunshine and daytime highs in the 20s. Happy face in her happy place, Libby Goodliff shares a photo from her walk on the lovely Friday.
