The victim of a stabbing earlier this week has died in hospital. London police identified as Charles Alexander Raymond George, 34, of London. At about 6:15 p.m. on Monday, officers responded to the call on the north side of the Dundas Street, just east of Adelaide Street. When they arrived, officers found a man suffering from life-threatening injuries — he was taken to hospital by paramedic services. Police were able to identify a suspect and he was arrested Wednesday night in the downtown core. Luis Angel Rivera-Perez, 26, of London, has been charged with second degree murder, and fail to comply with release order. The victim and accused were known to each other. The accused remains in custody and was scheduled to appear in London court today in relation to the charges.
