A nighttime low of -8 C is expected, though northeasterly winds could make it feel like -16 C. The mercury could then move to a high of -5 C on Saturday. Sunny skies will sweep over the island area by afternoon. However, wind chill values are expected to drop as the temperature goes to a nighttime low of -12 C. Sunday could bring milder weather with sun and clouds and a daytime high of -1 C. A low of -7 C Sunday night will then bring a mild start to next week.
