The death of a 20-year-old man found in Regina’s North Central neighbourhood on Saturday, October 3rd has been deemed a homicide, according to Regina Police Service. Police were called to a home in the 1300 block of Robinson Street at around 2 p.m. Saturday, where they found a man suffering from a gunshot wound. Officers performed lifesaving measures, but the man was was declared dad at the scene. The case has been turned over to the Regina Police Service’s Major Crimes Unit, with the Saskatchewan Coroner’s Service also involved in the investigation. The victim’s name will not be released by police at this time. This is the sixth homicide of 2026. Police ask anyone who may have information that could assist in the investigation to contact them or Regina Crime Stoppers.
