Crews knock down garage fire in Chatham

Damage is estimated at $250,000 after a garage fire in Chatham on Wednesday evening.

Stations 1 and 2 responded to the scene at 7631 Grande River Ln. around 6:30 p.m.

Firefighters were able to knock the blaze down quickly and contain it to the garage. There were two vehicles in the garage at the time of the fire.

There were no injuries reported and the cause of the fire is undetermined.
