The Shelter-in-place for the area of Patrick Circle has been lifted and one person is in custody, according to OPP. Essex County OPP says they responded to a disturbance involving a barricaded and potentially armed person. Residents were asked to avoid the area and follow instructions provided by police. OPP says there is no threat to the public and to expect an increased police presence in the area as police continue to investigate.
