Windsor police are asking for the public’s help identifying a person of interest following a prowling incident in the city’s west end. Police say an unidentified man used the flashlight on his cellphone to peer through the windows of a residence in the 500 block of McKay Avenue. Surveillance footage from the same residence also captured a white Ford Mustang S550 stopping in front of the home on Oct. 24, 2026. An occupant appeared to take photographs of the property, police said. Investigators are asking anyone who recognizes the person or has information about the vehicle or incident to contact the Windsor Police Service.
