A 19-year-old woman died in a motor vehicle collision early Saturday morning. Winnipeg police were sent to the intersection of Lagimodiere Boulevard and Dugald Road at 2:55 a.m. for a serious motor vehicle collision involving a pedestrian. Police say the woman was struck by an SUV and taken to hospital in critical condition. She later died from her injuries. The driver stayed at the scene and cooperated with investigators. Anyone with information or video from a dashcam, security camera, or cell phone around the time of the collision is asked to contact the traffic unit at 204-986-7085.
