Provincial police are seeking tips after five headstones were damaged overnight at a Gravenhurst cemetery. Investigators are now asking anyone who may have captured something suspicious on camera to come forward. On Thursday, Bracebridge OPP say officers were called to a cemetery on Violet Street after the broken headstones were discovered. Police believe someone showed up at the cemetery sometime between the late hours of Tuesday and early Wednesday morning and broke five of them. Investigators are urging people and businesses around First Street, Violet Street and Muskoka Road South to check surveillance or doorbell camera footage from that time. Anyone with information is asked to contact Bracebridge OPP.
