Provincial police in Collingwood are reminding residents to slow down after serious consequences were handed to an early morning speeder in Collingwood. On Thursday morning, OPP stopped a motorcycle rider, who was clocked going 154 km/h in a 70 km/h zone. “154 km/h in a 70 km/h zone is not just speeding, it’s stunt driving,” police said in a post shared to social media regarding the incident. The rider received a Part III summons, a 30-day licence suspension and a 14-day vehicle impoundment, according to police.
