It was sunny on Wednesday, but there will be increasing cloud cover in Calgary on Thursday. The morning will be fairly nice, but clouds will increase. By 2 p.m. the city will get into the chance of isolated showers and the risk of thunderstorms. The gusts will pick up to 40 km/h. Friday will be cloudy with on and off showers. By the weekend, the heaviest rain is expected on Saturday and Sunday night, but there are a few showers expected during the day too. Temperatures will drop to the teens with a cool wind out of the north. Marni Cain shares this photo of the stunning sunny day in Calgary on Wednesday at Heritage Park.
