A woman was taken to hospital following an alleged stabbing in Saskatoon Tuesday night. Officers responded to a report of an injured person in the 1500 block of 22nd Street West around 11:30 p.m., according to an update from the Saskatoon Police Service (SPS) on Wednesday. When police arrived, they found a woman who was suffering from a stab wound. She was taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. Investigation determined the woman had been assaulted by three people who fled before officers got there, SPS said. In a response to CTV News, the police service said the victim is a 31-year-old woman. SPS said it is unclear whether the victim and the group of people were known to each other.
