Taber police have charged a man after executing a search warrant at a home in the 6300 block of 50th Street in Taber, with assistance from RCMP and the Lethbridge Police Service. Police say they seized a quantity of cocaine, drug paraphernalia, cash, weapons and several vehicles. A 31-year-old Taber man is now facing charges of possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking and possession of proceeds of crime over $5,000. The suspect was released with numerous conditions following a judicial interim release hearing and is expected to appear in court next month.
