Edmonton police are investigating a suspicious death of a teen that took place early Sunday morning in the area of 139 Avenue and 32 Street. Officers responded to reports of a shooting in the area shortly before 7 a.m. where they found a seriously injured 16-year-old girl. First aid was administered by officers, but the teen died upon EMS arrival. The Edmonton Police Service (EPS) Homicide Section is investigating and is treating the death as suspicious.
