A Canada-wide warrant has been issued for a man convicted of first-degree murder. Mason Jenkins, 49, left the Collins Bay Institution in Kingston, Ont., on Sept. 24. He was serving a life sentence for first-degree murder and drug possession for the purpose of trafficking. According to the Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (R.O.P.E.) Squad, Jenkins breached the terms of his statutory release. He’s described as white, 5′9″ (175cm) and 255 lbs. (116kg), with brown eyes and a shaved head. Jenkins is known to frequent Kitchener, Chatham and Kingston. Anyone who has seen him is asked to contact contact the Provincial R.O.P.E. Squad at 416-808-5900 or 1-866-870-7673.
