Windsor police have reopened the westbound lanes of E.C. Row Expressway at Dougall Avenue after a crash. Police say traffic from the expressway was being diverted onto Dougall Avenue on Monday morning. Motorists were asked to avoid the area or use an alternate route. Several posts on social media showed long backups. The road has since been reopened and traffic is flowing.
